シースベッヒャー型モスカートランチャー Schiessbecher for Air-soft

今回紹介するのはシースベッヒャー型のモスカートランチャーです。

こちらは試作品なので細部は異なりますが、こんな感じでKar98kに取り付けてモスカートを発射することが出来ます。
This is a prototype, so the details are different, but you can mount it on your Kar98k like this and fire the 40mm grenade.

Here's what you'll need.
● 3Dプリンタパーツ
● M8ナット
● M5×40六角穴付きボルト×2
● M5ナット×2
● ハンドル(市販品を使う場合はLフックボルト https://jp.misumi-ec.com/vona2/detail/221005522694/?HissuCode=LFB-8)
● 六角レンチ
●3D printer parts
●M8 nut
●M5x40 Hexagon socket head cap screws x 2
●M5 nuts x 2
●Handle
●Hexagonal wrenches
それでは組み立てていきます。
まずは銃に固定する部分を取り付けます。最初は固いかもしれませんが何度か動かしているうちに滑らかになります。
左右非対称なので取り付ける側を間違えないようにしてください。
穴が開いている方が左側、溝になっている方が右側です。
Now let's assemble it.
First of all, you need to install the part to fix to the gun. It may be hard at first, but after you move it a few times, it will become smooth.
It's asymmetrical, so don't put it on the wrong side.
The one with the hole is on the left side and the one with the groove is on the right side.
次に先端側にM5のナットを入れます。
Next, put an M5 nut in the tip side.
反対側からM5ボルトで固定します。締め付けすぎは破損や動作不良につながるのでほどほどにしてください。
Fix it from the other side with M5 bolts. Do not over-tighten the bolts, as over-tightening may lead to damage or malfunction.
次に左側の固定パーツにM8のナットを入れて接着してください。
Next, insert the M8 nut into the left side fixing part and glue it in place.
あとはハンドルを取り付けて、抜け止めパーツを付けたら完成です。
抜け止めパーツは中にM8のネジが切ってあります。
Now you can install the handle and attach the locking parts and you are done.
The retaining parts have M8 screws cut inside.
砲身側に台形と半円形の突起が合計４つついています。
本体側にも同じように台形と半円形の溝があるのでそれぞれ合うようにして押し込みます。
奥まで押し込んだら時計回りに30度くらい回したら固定されます。
3Dプリンタの誤差により最初は固いことがありますので、最初は慎重にはめるようにしてください。
There are 4 trapezoidal and semicircular protrusions on the barrel side.

After pushing it all the way in, turn it about 30 degrees clockwise to fix it in place.
Due to the error of the 3D printer, it may be hard at first, so be careful to fit it in carefully at first.
もちろん内部にはモスカートを仕込むことが出来ます！
And of course, you can plant a 40mmgrenade inside!
98kの威力が高すぎてBB弾が割れてしまう場合は画像の緑線部分にゴムシートなどを緩衝材として挟むことで回避できます。
私のタナカ製98k(0.2g 93m/s)の場合は0.5mmのゴムシートを二枚挟むとちょうどいい感じでした。
If the power of the gun is too high and the BB bullets break, you can avoid this problem by putting a rubber sheet between the green line in the image.
In the case of my Tanaka 98k (0.2g 93m/s), I used two 0.5mm rubber sheets between them.
なおシースベッヒャーには発射に用いたBB弾を排出するための穴の開いたバージョンもあります。
In addition, the Schiessbecher is also available in a version with a hole for ejecting the BB bullet used for firing.
上から入れてますが、排出される様子はこんな感じです。

あくまで参考ですが、98kだけでなくこんな銃にも取り付けられたりします。

S&T フェイクウッドの場合は銃口固定用のネジがあるため、タナカ用をそのまま取り付けることが出来ません。
また銃剣基部とフロントサイト間の距離が近いため、固定部分も削らなければつけられません。
画像のようにご自分で加工されるか、S&T対応のものをお買い求めください。
S&T Fake Wood version has a muzzle fixation screw and cannot be installed directly to the For Tanaka ver.
Also the distance between the bayonet base and the front sight is so close that you have to cut off the fixing part as well.
As shown in the image, you can modify the bayonet base by yourself or purchase a S&T compatible one.
またS&T アナザーバージョンの場合は上記の問題はないのですが、全体的に銃身が太くなっています。
そのため削らなければタナカ用はつかない可能性がありますので、加工に自信のない方はS&T用をお求めください。
The S&T Another Version does not have the problems described above, but the barrel is thicker overall.
If you are not confident in your ability to process the S&T version, please purchase the S&T version.
逆にS&T対応のものはタナカ製にも取り付けることが出来ます。
これまでに確認されている適合表については下図を参照ください。
On the other hand, S&T compatible products can be installed on Tanaka's products as well.
Please refer to the chart below for the compatibility list that has been confirmed so far.

ミニモスカート用については以下のパーツが付属しています。
100均等で厚さ3mm程度の防振粘着マットを用意していただき・・・
直径18mmくらいの円形にカットして貼り付けます。
(不器用なのできれいにカットできませんでした・・・orz)
これをミニモス用シースベッヒャー本体のこの部分にポッチが上になるようにして入れます。
動きがスムーズでない場合はやすり等をかけてあげてください。
粘着マットにより、BB弾が割れるのを防ぐとともに、銃身内に逆流することを防ぎます！
